Do you consider yourself an extrovert or an introvert?
Hey, that’s not book-related!
I consider myself an introvert who tries to be an extrovert in small doses. I prefer smaller, contained social gatherings to massive parties, I’m pretty self-motivated, I’m a hug reader (obviously), and I don’t mind being alone. (Chattering to myself nearly constantly in order to organize my thoughts probably helps with that.) But I do try to get out there and be more social from time to time, because it’s good for me. But if I find my mind wandering or feel ignored, I head home. Life’s too short, man, I might as well get some work done, you know?
I’ll likely beat you to the door – and there’s something to be said for a one-person chatter…I’ve been able to sort a lot of heavy issues that way. Great post!

I had the same thought- it’s not a bookish question.
I’m either an extrovert who needs downtime or an introvert who gets lonely….

Haha, you’re right, it’s not book-related. But I still managed to insert a book recommendation in my post. 🙂
maybe a little bit of both.

Not related, or is it?? 🙂 I weighed in from a writer’s perspective because writers, I think, can’t create a book without being a mix of the two.
I love that so many people are trying to find the right balance for them.
