Any books you’re hoping to get for the holidays this year?
How about giving? Are you giving any good ones?
I have mentioned that I would like the newly reissued audiobook of Brideshead Revisited (as read by Jeremy Irons), but I don’t expect it. While I won’t say who gets what (just in case they read my blog, which I doubt), there are copies of Outlander and Friday Night Lights under the tree. I just really hate giving books that I personally haven’t read and think the recipient might enjoy, so I’m ultimately quite picky.
Oh I would not mind that audio book 😉 Love listening to books and I don’t think I ever read this, only saw the TV series.
Beyond the Lone Islands
The novel is superb.
I hope you enjoy your reads, have a happy holiday!

Happy holidays to you too!
Somebody is going to have a good Christmas receiving those gifts.
Here is my BTT.
I keep a stack of a terrible book that I adore on hand, just to give as gifts to those worthy souls who might enjoy. I am, however, ashamed to admit what it is: The Hedonism Handbook. It just really makes me laugh and think at the same time. Don’t judge.
My Jeremy has narrated another audiobook?! (Yes, I have an old man crush.) I need to get my hands on this audiobook, especially since it’s the book is on my TBR list. 😉
Oh, Melissa, doesn’t everyone have a crush on Jeremy Irons? I just bought an Eragon poster because I think his Obi-Wan is lovely.
